Our New Nephew/Cousin!

We are excited to announce the arrival of our newest family member! Kevin Michael Chayer was born early this morning (Feb. 28th & Grampa's Birthday). He was 7lbs. 4oz. & 19 inches long! Congratulations to proud parents Patrick & Tina, big Brother Taylor & big Sister Alyssa all in Maryland!!!! We can't wait to meet the little guy!
